CENTRAL CAROLINA CHILDREN’S CHORUS
PROMOTES MUSICAL EXCELLENCE IN THE PIEDMONT TRIAD

The Central Carolina Children’s Chorus began in 1999 and has enjoyed many years of
choral excellence in Winston-Salem and the Piedmont Triad. The chorus is a multi-
leveled, auditioned community chorus for singers from the ages of 8 - 18, and includes a
preparatory class for kindergarten and first graders.

A partner with Music and Arts Ministries of Centenary United Methodist Church, and an
educational affiliate of Bel Canto Chorus, CCCC’s mission is to provide quality music
education with the goal of attaining the highest level of artistic excellence in choral music
performance. The choir organization is comprised of four levels: Music Makers, UPBEAT!,
Chorale, and ENCORE, directed by Anne Saxon. Christin Barnhardt is the Assistant
Conductor who conducts ENCORE, and Sarah Dunlap teaches the new K/1 "Music
Makers" Class.

Central Carolina Children’s Chorus has established itself as a chorus of
